Latest figures from the Cypriot Department of Lands and Survey s shows a jump in property sales during May, indicating that the market maybe on the road to recovery.

It was decided at the recently held AGM  that  following the recent ruling in the Orams case, that the AIPP regularises  its policy in not allowing members to sell in the region of Northern Cyprus for the time-being

It’s still early days, but Cyprus’ property market maybe recovering slowly if responses at the recently held Property Expo 2010 is anything to go by.
