It was decided at the recently held AGM that followingthe recent ruling in the Orams case, that the AIPP regularises its policy in not allowing members to sell in the region of Northern Cyprus for the time-being. It was decided that AIPP members currently operating / selling in Northern Cyprus will be given a 3-month period to wind-down any operations in this area, after which time it will be considered a breach of the Association’s rules to engage in the sale or promotion of property in the region of Northern Cyprus until further notice. This policy will be reviewed ion the future and any changes will be communicated to the membership.
