The Company's presence at the VIII Foreign Real Estate Exhbition in St. Petersburg, which was held between 9th-11th October 2009 can only be described as a great success.

Apart fron thousands of visitors who attented the exihbition over the 3 days the Company was able to meet with other professionals within the property indrustry and form business relationships which will help achieve sales from within the Russian market. Although the current economic climate for the industry is at it's lowest point, the interest shown by the attendants, who visited the compnay's stand was more than satisfoctory. In fact most interested purchasers' stated that they were impressed by the wide range of properties the Company has and the prime beachfront locations and quality of construction all of which made the Company stand out from it's Cypriot competitors.

Due to the success of this exhibition and the interest shown the Company has decided to open up representative offices in Moscow & St. Petersburg, within the next few months, so as to facilitate the Russian market and make the purchasing process easier.
